General Return Policy

Return Eligibility

Brand Ambassadors and Members may return "Currently Marketable" products within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

"Currently Marketable" means the products are:

  • Unused
  • In resalable condition
  • Not expired
  • Not part of a seasonal, discontinued, or promotional offer

Cooling-Off Period

Brand Ambassadors have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of their agreement with BYCIH. During this time, they may cancel the agreement without penalty and return any products purchased for a full refund, provided those products meet the “Currently Marketable” criteria.

Return Procedure

  1. Obtain Authorization: Contact Customer Service by:
    • Submitting a support ticket via your Brand Ambassador Office
    • Calling 1-888-824-1888 (Monday–Sunday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM PT)
    • Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  2. Prepare the Package:
    • Use proper shipping cartons and protective materials
    • Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package
    • Packages without visible RMA numbers may be refused

Retail Customer Returns

  • 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Brand Ambassadors must offer retail customers a 30-day, 100% unconditional refund on product sales.
  • 7-Day Cancellation Right: Customers may cancel their order without penalty within 7 days of the transaction date.

Policy Updates

BYCIH reserves the right to update or modify this Return Policy at any time. In case of significant changes, Brand Ambassadors and Members will be notified through appropriate communication channels such as email or account dashboard notices.

Continued use of BYCIH services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
