Delivery Policy
Delivery Options
At checkout, you’ll see the delivery methods available to you. Options may vary depending on your shipping address:
- Local Pickup: Available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time.
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1 to 5 business days.
- International Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7 to 15 business days (availability varies by country).
Order Tracking
You’ll receive order status updates via email at each stage. You can also track your shipment through the courier’s website using the tracking link we provide.
Order Status Definitions
- Processing: Your order is being prepared.
- Dispatched: Your order has been sent to the courier.
- Ready for Collection: Your order is ready for pickup at your selected location. Please collect it within 14 days of notification.
- Collected: Your order has been picked up.
- Return in Progress: We’re processing your return.
- Return Completed: Your return has been processed. Note that some banks may take longer to reflect refunds.
Courier Status Definitions
- Order Generated: Your order has entered the courier system.
- Received at Depot: Your parcel has arrived at the courier's depot.
- Processed at Depot: Your parcel is ready for onward dispatch.
- Out for Delivery: Your parcel is en route to you.
- Delivery Attempted: The courier attempted delivery and will try again.
- Delivered: Your parcel has been delivered.
Policy Updates
BYC International Holdings Inc reserves the right to update or modify this Delivery Policy at any time. For significant changes, we will notify Brand Ambassadors and Members through appropriate channels such as email or updates in your account dashboard.
Continued use of BYCIH services after changes signifies your acceptance of the revised policy.
